What I Do

Dedicated to providing exceptional notary services to businesses and the general public throughout Cass County, North Dakota.

My services extend beyond notary and loan signings and include assisting individuals and businesses in setting up filing systems and organizing their personal and business files. In addition, upon request I complete I-9 forms for newly hired employees when the HR department of a company requires an individual to retain a notary for the preparation and verification of I-9 documentation.

Kosak Mobile Notary provides mobile notary and loan signing services throughout the Fargo, West Fargo and Horace areas. As a former legal assistant, mortgage loan closer and escrow assistant, I have signed over 7,500 loans. The types of transactions notarized include construction loans, purchase money loans, refinances, HELOC, mobile home only loans, and reverse mortgage applications and reverse mortgage loans.
In addition to signing loan documents, I have experience in the notarization of structured settlements, estate planning, as well as adoption documentation. Adoption documents are notarized at no charge.

  • Verify that each individual has a valid unexpired government ID. Acceptable IDs include: State issued driver's license, State issued non-driver's license, passport, green card or military ID card.
