More Than 20 Years of Professional Experience

As a former legal assistant, mortgage loan closer, escrow assistant, and notary signing agent I have signed over 7,500 loans. In March of 2005 Myra Ann Kosak Signing Service was formed after receiving my California notary commission. My business in San Diego flourished until moving to Hoodsport, Washington where I was subsequently commissioned and reestablished my business. As a legal assistant, my experience includes preparing legal documents for sellers, buyers, escrow and lenders. In addition to signing loan documents, I have experience notarizing affidavits, adoption related documents, consent to travel with minor children, estate planning documents, requests for vital record, as well as structured settlements. I accept electronic and overnight documents. My office is equipped with an HP404dn dual tray printer and EPSON ES-400 II desktop scanner. With over 20 years of experience, I strive to make clients feel at ease during the process of signing their legal documents. I cover Fargo, West Fargo, Horace and surrounding areas. My current background check was completed on June 6, 2021.
