Fees
All notarial fees are set by the North Dakota Secretary of State at $5.00 per notarial act, per document.
In addition to the allowable notary fee, the following fees may be charged:
$25 - Technology Fee (Remote notarizations)
$35 - Travel Fee (within 10 mile radius)
$55 - After Hours Fee (7:00 PM to 10:00 PM)
$125 - Night Owl Fee (10:00 PM and 8:00 AM)

Why can't I come to you, and have it notarized for $5.00?
ANSWER: Kosak Mobile Notary provides mobile and remote online notary services. We do not have a commercial office to meet with clients.
If you would like to have a document notarized for the set fee of $5.00, please visit your local UPS Store or bank where a notary is available during business hours.
