Notary ~ Loan Signing ~ Coaching

General Notary
  • $5.00 Per notarized signature, per document
  • $35 Travel Fee minimum (within 10 mile radius)
  • $1.00 Additional charge per mile (outside 10 mile radius)
  • $55 After Hours Fee (Appts between 6:00 pm and 10:00 pm)
  • $125 Night Owl Fee (Appts between 10:00 pm and 9:00 am)
  • Fees to be agreed upon at time of scheduling
Loan Signing
  • $200 Purchase or Refinance Packages - eDocs
  • $150 Purchase or Refinance Packages - Overnight
  • $125 Reverse Mortgage Applications
  • $100 Seller Packages
  • $50 Single/Trailer Docs
Coaching
  • $150 Two-hour training session - covering various loan documents and marketing techniques
  • $125 Mock signing - Review of loan documents
  • $75 Notary Basics "how-to" information
  • $25 Dial-a-Notary - One 30-minute phone call to discuss trainee's topic of choice
  • $100 Dial-a-Notary - Five 30-minute phone calls to discuss trainee's topics of choice

Payment of Fees

GENERAL NOTARY For general notary appointments between the hours of 6:00 pm and 9:00 pm all applicable travel fees, after hours or night owl fees must be paid at the time of booking. NOTE: Travel, After Hours and Night Owl fees will not be refunded if the notarization does not take place due to signer not having proper identification, signer is deemed by notary not to be able to sign, or that it is determined notarizing the document would constitute an illegal act. Notary will do everything possible to determine at the time the appointment is scheduled that the document and signers are qualified.
LOAN SIGNING It is recommended that real estate transactions be treated as packages instead of general notary work. Depending on the number of pages and the number of documents to be notarized in the package, it is typically more economical for the signer. Also, if the client is not familiar with the documents it may be easy for signatures, initials, or dates to be missed and delay the transaction.
COACHING In person coaching is available to local notaries. Basic notary essentials and Dial-a-Notary coaching is available to out-of-area notaries.

Consulting

End Paper Clutter
  • $125 Set up filing system (includes supplies including folders, labels and one file bin
  • $15 Per hour for sorting, categorizing, and filing documents
  • $15 Bi-weekly visit to your home or office to file papers (Up to 1 hour)
  • $30 Monthly visit to your home or office to file papers (Up to 2 hours)
  • $15 Per hour to digitize your documents
Hunting and Gathering
  • $0 Initial meeting with client to review project and collect documents
  • $15 Per hour for sorting, categorizing, and drafting report of all documents relating to project
  • Filing supplies will be billed separately
Life Happens, Then What?
  • $0 Initial interview with client
  • $25 Each subsequent meeting with client
  • $15 Per hour for drafting information which will be included in client's binder
